SortIG does not create customer or shop accounts. To request deletion of cached public Instagram shop information:

1. Email support.sort1g@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject “SortIG data deletion request”.
3. Include the Instagram username and profile URL to be removed.

We may ask for reasonable proof that you represent the account when necessary to prevent fraudulent deletion requests. Confirmed requests will be processed within 30 days. Removing cached information does not delete content from Instagram; account owners must manage original posts through Instagram.

SortIG არ ქმნის მომხმარებლის ან მაღაზიის ანგარიშებს. დროებით შენახული საჯარო Instagram მაღაზიის მონაცემების წასაშლელად:

1. მოგვწერეთ support.sort1g@gmail.com-ზე.
2. წერილის სათაურში მიუთითეთ “SortIG data deletion request”.
3. წერილში ჩაწერეთ Instagram მომხმარებლის სახელი და პროფილის ბმული.

თაღლითური მოთხოვნის თავიდან ასაცილებლად შეიძლება მოვითხოვოთ ანგარიშთან კავშირის გონივრული დადასტურება. დადასტურებული მოთხოვნა შესრულდება 30 დღის განმავლობაში. SortIG-ის ქეშიდან წაშლა Instagram-ზე არსებულ თავდაპირველ პოსტებს არ შლის.
